About Dr. Hausen

Dr. Hausen strives to make his patients feel better by relieving their pain and improving their daily lives.

By way of his extensive skill, experience, and strong ethics, Dr. Hausen aims to establish a trusting relationship with each patient, offering clear diagnostic information and all treatment options so that the patient is an important part of the treatment and healing process.

In private practice since 1993, Dr. Hausen attended Brandeis University as an undergraduate, and completed his medical studies at the New York College of Podiatric Medicine. He completed residencies in Foot Surgery from Medical College Hospitals, Elkins Park Campus in Pennsylvania and in Foot Orthopedics from the Montrose Veterans Administration Center in New York.

In addition to private practice, Dr. Hausen is on active staff at Sound Shore Medical Center, Gramercy Surgery Center and Montefiore Medical Center.

Dr. Hausen is Board Certified by the American Board of Podiatric Orthopedics and Primary Podiatric Medicine.
